Refund policy

Refunds/Returns are available on most items if the item is returned with no damage within 15 days of delivery date. You request a return via email to see if your item is eligible. Diamonds and gemstones will be reevaluated by a gemologist to ensure authentication. There’s a 10% restocking fee on everything. 

 

Refunds/Returns are NOT available on gemstone necklaces, perishables, customs, or any of the home collection.


Canceling an order can only be done in the first 24 hours or after 1 month of no updates. Once it goes into the que we reserve the right to refuse cancellation due to cost of materials. 

Restring policy: 

If your gemstone necklace is stretched out (all necklaces are pre-stretched, so if it stretches it needs to be restrung) or broken please set up a time frame via email to return it to us for free restringing. If it has been deliberately cut, or a piece of the clasp is missing, you must pay a small fee for restringing. If you send your necklace in for restringing and it gets lost on the way to us, or on the way back to you, we do not hold any of the responsibility as there is no fee you have paid for this service. The best we can do is try to help you find it. If you would like for it to be returned to you with insurance attached, it is your choice and will be your fee to pay. 

 

If the item is not received by the customer 6 weeks after shipping, we will contact the carrier to file a claim, and refund the original amount; we will send the same item again if there is one still in stock forgoing the refund.
